Exhibitor space will be approx 6ft x 8ft and will include a 6ft table and 2 chairs.

Terms & Conditions of Booking
 
PAYMENT 
Payment for your stand is in full, at time of booking.  A completed booking form does not guarantee a place at the show as we have to keep a balance for exhibitors and therapists, under these circumstances, no monies will be banked.
 
SUB LETTING & STAND SHARING
This is permitted with specific agreement from the All Angels Day group. All exhibitors must fill in an application form.
 
INSURANCE.
Therapists, carrying out taster sessions, are required to have as a minimum £1 million (one million pounds sterling) public liability insurance.  Please attach a copy of your insurance certificate with your booking form.  As such All Angels Day shall not be liable for any claims arising from death or bodily injury, damage to or loss of property caused by the exhibitor or any person or company acting on their behalf.  The Exhibitor shall also adequately insure all property on a full 'All Risks' basis for a sum insured equivalent to the full value of all property and exhibits brought to the Exhibition. All Angels Day shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage.
 
SECURITY
Exhibitors should ensure that adequate measures are taken to protect individual stands, property and stock. All Angels Day shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage.
 
EXHIBITS & DISPLAYS
i)All Angels Day reserves the right to examine and exclude any exhibit or install display material or exhibits which contravene security, fire or safety regulations.
ii) No Exhibitor will be permitted to obstruct other stands light or impede the view along open spaces and/or gangways.
iii) Heavy and bulky exhibits are restricted by floor loading and restricted access.
 
STAND DRESSING 
Please have a covering that reaches just above floor level and not touching light fittings. Artificial plants and flowers are combustible and can give off toxic fumes. These must not be used for stand dressing. Fresh flowers or silk flame retarded are acceptable. No bolts, nails, tacks, screws, wires or the like, shall  be driven into or attached to any part of the premises, nor shall any placards or other articles be affixed thereto. No animals allowed on the premises without prior consent. No naked flames, candles or smoke are permitted in the Athenaeum.
 
SETTING UP TIMES
Doors will be open at 8.00 a.m. to set up stands.  All gangways must be cleared of boxes by 9.30 a.m.  
Breaking down stands will be from 5.00p.m and must be cleared by 6 p.m. when the doors will be locked. Exhibitors will not be able to break down stands before 5.00pm and are required to exhibit for the duration.
